peugeot / citroen immob package - help asap please

hi, does this package here come with everything you need to connect up to a peugeot / citroen ecu? i have bought it thinking it is, but a friend seems to think different.
if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

if you read the whole page about the peugeot citroen software it tells you that it is an eeprom based system which means you have to read the file from the specific chip required to get the information and then load the file into the calculator to get the unlock codes

What you're looking at is a calculator. I have friends that use it and there are no complaints. If you're looking for something to plug in to get a number or defeat the immobilizer, this is not what it's designed to do.
You will also need hardware tools and possibly purchase a CarProg EEPROM and Motorola processor programmer or any serial EEPROM programmer to get the data for the calculator to work. Once you have the data, you have the number you need.

I use the CarProg as a programmer but I also use other models for special functions.
