I don't think that you can load images in the post. Get an account at rapidshare and load your images there. On this site, copy and paste the link. As for the software, it's simple enough. When you do get a dump from the ECM, place it in a file folder. Learn to maintain all of the files that you acquire in folders that are easily recognized. Open the Immo software and point to the file that you want to work with. I'm sure that support will tell you where to get or send documents for that tool. I have friends that use it and they're happy.
