| Sometimes you would need to remove it for a correct read. I will assume you are asking about the 95c320 but no description of what type of device you are trying to read. | ||||

| I never seen a manual but look at this image. http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=nydttgwzfme&thumb=6 You may need to remove the eeprom to read it correctly. You also need to post the Make, Model and Year. I have no idea what you're working on. Most of the time, the VIN and Immobilizer identification is read in the instrument cluster and engine computer. If this is a Touareg or A8 , it is in the Kessy and engine computer. |
