| Hello. Carprog team since i bought ECU-R it hasnt work for a day, anytime i plug the device to laptop and Ecu it always complain that, DEVICE LOST COMMINCATION WITH ADAPTOR. I have chage the cable from laptop to ECU-R it doesnt work. Please what do i do next Thanks  |

| What you can try to do is look at system properties and make sure the serial port is active. You can also set the speed higher from 9600 to one or two levels above. Restart the laptop and make sure the computer is clean of virus and adware/malware. There are very good and free cleaning tools for computer. Clean the computer (software) everyweek including the registry. Have a look at this version. http://www.ccleaner.com/ |
