Need help for Toyota AYGO ECU & Immobilizer

Dear Sirs,

I am Victor Nguyen, I stay in Vietnam and I had Toyota Aygo with VIN # is JTDKG10C20N025019.
My car can’t start engine and I take it to Toyota Vietnam, their technical staff ask me change Transponder key together with Immobilizer, I purchase above equipments from Toyota Vietnam (waiting for 4 months) and my car still can’t start engine. Toyota Vietnam said that we need to change ECU or need to reflash ECU but they don’t have a tool.

Could you please suggest me how to solve my problem.
