7.10 T5 VDO problems

| I just purchased software 7.10. I have two T5s - 2005 and 2006, both with VDO clusters. In both cases I failed to read the content. It reads the type properly but then "read error" message occurs. Any advise? | |||||||||||||

| Did you try to read the instrument cluster on the bench? You need a schematic because these models may read via CAN at the data link. | ||||
