| Hello. I`ve got problem with my carprog. When i try to start VolvoDash diag or VW EDC16 my device disconect and conect again. It`s doing many times and i can`t use this software. Other software works perfect. Couls You help me with that problem? Best regards Irek |

| hi, 1. delete LIB file located in your software directory 2. update before will get message "no updates" 3. run volvo software and wait a lot (usb disconnects then connects again) 4. wait few seconds more and just then press any button in software regards Raimis |
