Hello!

I bought http://www.codecard.lt/electronics/ic/811600-4623-ic-from-toyota-rav4-motor/gearbox-ecu/prod_622.html
and now I got problem to identify which of those IC are broken.
I have this ECU on my desk and there are 4 of them.
Maybe someone has datasheet of these?
