A1+ Will not update firmware

| I am trying to do the firmware update for my A1+ adapter. When I click on the Update Firmware option the software hangs and doesn't load the screen for the firmware update. I have tried on several occasions with different USB cables and even a different computer. HELP?!?!? | ||||
