Communication lost

| I have tried to read out the login code on a Golf IV year 2000. Kombi 1J0 920 825 CX. (VDO V09) My login reader keeps loosing communication. I have the same problem with 2002 Audi A4. Do you have a suggestion? My login reader software is v3.06 but in the top bar of the login reader program the ID in the right side is v3.04 Is that OK? Regards PEB |

| hi, can you send log file for each car that fails 1. run software 2. settings updates 3. press Log info (this information is very important for us) what is about A4 year 2002 this dasch is made by Bosch I think yes, this type currently is not supported (we plan to add it in short run) software caption shows two versions v3.06 - software and v3.04 - hardware they are diferent don`t worry about this regards Raimis |

| I have been having the same problem every vehicle i try communication lost. Tried running a log file says the same thing communication lost. This reader has not worked once from day 1 not used it for a while until recently after i just updated firmware but still same message every vehicle I try communication lost. HELP, please. Gary |

| hi, Audi A4 - 2002 will not work, sorry (dashboard made by BOSCH is not supported at moment) software v3.08 are available now send your unit ID to support@codecard.lt please so I will send update file to you then settings/updates -> Log File can help to solve this problem send LOG file from each car that don`t work ok regards Raimis |
