| hi Monzer, what models you have in ming please? (A4 from year 2002 are not supported sorry) if vw golf RB8 do this: 1 - run software, select 2000-> Golf4 RB8.. 2 - press Read/Write eeprom button (eeprom edit window will be activated) 3 - press read 4 - enter 0000 to password field and press go (software starts password detection) password detection can delay up to 2 hours! write correct password after found (i.e. 1F5B) next time enter this password in place 0000 (if you are working with the same dash) password is diferent for each dashboard  keep in mind this! regards Raimis |
