Dear Ramis, My new VW login reader which has just arrived will not work. The software is telling me that the firmware is too old. I have seen a previous post with the same problem which you appear to have solved with some different software, can you do the same for me please? The Id code is 2005LR7N73.( Maybe you have sent me an old interface by mistake ?) When I order the diesel edc key code reader will i have the same problem ? Best Regards Neil.

hi Neil, do you use software v3.06? have update process compleated successfully up to 100%? can you send screen of software after unit id read (support@codecard.lt) what caption of program? it should be like "VW-AUDI LOGIN READER v3.06 ID: 2005LR7N73 v3.04" regards Raimis

After loading the main programme click on "Read Login" and a prompt comes up "your Login Firmware is out of date" Then clicked on Settings/Updates and then "Read" Displays "Your login firmware is out of date" then clicked on ok. Then the unit ID is displayed "2005LR7N73 Then clicked "Open" then My documents appears and located update file "2005LR7N73" clicked on open the file then appears in "File to write" then clicked start. Then get warning "update process can delay 5mins and more. If it will stop for a long time retry" do you want to start clicked on yes. Then get a display "your log in firmware is out of date" then the file loads.after download "cable update is successfull" is displayed. while attempting communication underneath read/write eeprom on maim programme the task bar increases and after about 10 seconds "communications lost is displayed" I have once had VW-Audi Login Reader V3.06 ID2005LR7N73 3.040 displayed at the top of the main programme.
