cant read pin code for BOO

Dear Raimis2,
I have tried to read pin code for the BOO dash , as you know :
seledt RB4,BOO,RB8 button
read/write eeprom
read
then write 0000
but Comunication lost
I have tried several times but Comunication Lost

I had the same problem with BOO dash of Golf IV. Then i find out that you have let computer to find the code without any screensaver, display or disks go off after some minutes. I select in display settings stand by-never, display off-never, and disks off-never. After I made this selection I get the password and comp didn`t lost comunication any more, even my IBM T-22 was searching this password for 1 hour and 18 minutes.

Hi,
Even if you get lost communication error screen that is no problem.You will see on the screen the last password attempt it tried before stopping.
Just enter that number(eg 34BC) instead of 0000 and press satrt again.
It will continue from that point then.
