| Hi, Tried to read the pin from The RB8 Dashes. Tried Two, one was Version 24,the other Ver 27. Both took approx 2hours each and went successfully all the way to FFFF but then No PiN. The Version number,Cluster type and Mileage came up straight away but No PIN. What is wrong!!! VW Golf 2002 |

| hi john,i am new on this, but if it helps i read the dump out of the dash and i locate the pin in the last four bytes of the first line of dump, you have to swap bytes and convert hex to dec with calculator.once you done one there a piece of ..ss.any problems email me on simon_corish@hotmail.com it takes minutes to do.i do loads that way even in the old stuff.i have login reader and had it for 2 years and it doesnt always work which is frustrating but not all dashs are supported.once you learn how to read dumps and find pin codes that way you find it no problem..hope this helps | ||||
